SHIPPING POLICY

Regular shipping is available for all unless otherwise stipulated via the Australian Postal Service. All goods are dispatch from Adelaide by the Australian Post or other courier services. Postage time is 3-7 business days. As soon as your purchases are dispatched, a tracking number is provided.


For remote regional or rural areas including WA, the delivery may take longer. We rely on our delivery partners for successful delivery, within their recommended service time periods. Once you have the tracking number, you can contact the Australian Post for any questions or inquiries.

Standard Delivery – Via Australia Post Express Parcel Service

  • Standard delivery charge – AUD $9.95 for postage and handling within Australia.

  • We suggest giving us a home or office delivery address where you will likely be during the day. Parcel delivery requires signing a delivery receipt.

  • We deliver to all business, residential, and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not reachable through your delivery address, a notification card will be left for you to collect the items at the local post office.​

Express Delivery – Via Australia Post Express Parcel Service

We use the Australia Post Express Parcel Service that makes the 1-3 business day delivery once dispatched from Adelaide to any point in Australia.

Shipping Charges – AUD $12.95 for postage and handling within Australia.

  • Enjoy FREE Shipping by purchasing over AUD $70 excluding GST of products to any Australian address.

  • FREE shipping does not include Express Shipping, only standard postal delivery.

  • The delivery address must be a local Australian address.

  • This offer is not valid for corporate orders.

International shipping is also available. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If your orders arrive damaged due to handling in transit, please get in touch with us ASAP with photos of the damaged products.

  • We offer replacements or refunds to damaged items but only with photo evidence at the time of delivery.

  • However, we do not offer replacements or refunds for damages incurred due to user error or for customer's change of mind.
