DELIVERY

Paradise Scent offers 2 types of delivery methods through Australia Post.

• Registered Mail
• Express Post

Registered Mail takes between 2-7 working days anywhere in Australia.

Express Post is next working day (once payment has cleared) for all orders in state metro areas, outer regional areas may take between 1-4 working days.

Please note that for your privacy and security all orders must be signed for upon delivery. We do not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Any additional resending costs will be by the customer.

We do not ship on Weekends, National Holidays and the day Before and After Christmas and New Years.

 All freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser not Paradise Scent. 

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept credit card – Visa/Mastercard & Bankcard through Paymate or Paypal only, Bank Cheques, Direct Deposit and Personal Cheques. Please note if Personal cheques bounce the dishourner fee will be the payers responsibility not Paradise Scent.

If paying by direct deposit via the internet, please use your name as the
reference. 

Once Paradise Scent has received your order form online with confirmed payment details we will process your order. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of your order will be forwarded to you.

All prices quoted by Paradise Scent are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
